Title
SUBSTITUTE: Amending Sections 33.32(1) and 33.32(2)(a) of the Madison General Ordinances to update membership of the Joint Campus Area Committee.
Body
DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This proposed ordinance change adds two appointees to the Joint Campus Area Committee. First, the District 2 Alder is added as a response to re-districting that changed the boundary lines of the district to include more campus and campus-adjacent areas. Next, a member of the Campus Area Neighborhood Association is added as a member. Finally, reference to the State Langdon Neighborhood is removed as the association is dormant and has been essentially replaced by the Campus Area Neighborhood Association.

The Substitute ordinance changes the District 13 member to a voting member, as recommended by the Joint Campus Area Committee.
