Madison Public Library is requesting approval to contract The Care Plan to conduct a Strategic Planning process without going through the competitive selection process. Foregoing the request for proposals will save time and as The Care Plan is already working with MPL and is familiar with the organization they are well suited for conducting the 2023 Strategic Planning process.
