Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Hawks Valley - Phase 4, Private Contract No. 8078 (1st  AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Woods Road Investments, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Hawks Valley - Phase 4.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $135,168.32.

 

 

 

4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Grey Kestrel Drive from 110’ West of Raptor Drive to Raptor Drive

                     Grey Kestrel Drive from Raptor Drive to Woods Road

                     Raptor Drive from the South line of Lot 90 to Grey Kestrel Drive

                     Raptor Drive from Grey Kestrel Drive to the North line of Lot 82

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11773  $ 2 0 7 , 5 5 9 . 7 7  for a useful life of 40 years.
