Body
WHEREAS, VHET LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Eagle Trace - Surface Paving.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Tawny Elm Parkway from the South line of Lot 116 to Sister Oak Drive
• Tawny Elm Parkway from Sister Oak Drive to Hollow Aspen Lane
• Tawny Elm Parkway from Hollow Aspen Lane to White Fox Lane
• Tawny Elm Parkway from White Fox Lane to the North line of Lot 162
• White Fox Lane from the West line of Lot 201 to Rustic Rise Way
• White Fox Lane from Rustic Rise Way to Tawny Elm Parkway
• White Fox Lane from Tawny Elm Parkway to the North line of Lot 49
• Hollow Aspen Lane from the West line of Lot 149 to Tawny Elm Parkway
• Rustic Rise Way from 137’ South of White Fox Lane to White Fox Lane
• N Sugar Maple Lane from the South line of Lot 9 to Sister Oak Drive
• N Sugar Maple Lane from Sister Oak Drive to the North line of Lot 16
• Sister Oak Drive from the West line of Lot 68 to N Sugar Maple Lane
• Sister Oak Drive from Tawny Elm Parkway to the East line of Outlot 4
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11931 by $64,128.94 for a useful life of 40 years.
