Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 9090. (1st AD)

WHEREAS, VH Birchwood Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $261,180.64
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Hazy Sky Parkway from the West line of Lot 406 to Barn Swallow Circle
• Hazy Sky Parkway from Barn Swallow Circle to Birch Blossom Road
• Hazy Sky Parkway from Birch Blossom Road to the East line of Lot 379
• Twin Treasure Drive from the West line of Lot 397 to Birch Blossom Road
• Birch Blossom Road from Hazy Sky Parkway to Twin Treasure Drive
• Birch Blossom Road from Twin Treasure Drive to the North line of Lot 395
• Barn Swallow Circle from Hazy Sky Parkway to 50’ South of Hazy Sky Parkway
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13852 $ 232,742.57 for a useful life of 40 years.
