DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance eliminates the section regarding possessing, selling and manufacturing numchuks, churkins or sucbais. These weapons are regulated under other ordinance sections and state statutes. This section is repealed as it is not necessary and is part of an ordinance clean up process.
