Body

WHEREAS, FRED-Maple Grove HC, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  3840 Maple Grove Drive.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Manchester Road from Rockstream Drive to Fairhaven Road

•                     Manchester Road from Fairhaven Road to Maple Grove Drive

•                     Fairhaven Road from the South line, CSM 12108 to the South line, Lot 2.

•                     Fairhaven Road from the South line, Lot 2 to Manchester Road.

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12772 by $70,837.21 for a useful life of 40 years.
