WHEREAS, Urban Land Interest, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk and terrace plantings by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Monroe Street, 1722 - CU & CSM.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to 1722 Monroe Street are hereby accepted.
