Annual Informational Presentation and Update by Madison Boats

The City of Madison has entered into various agreements with Madison Boats to provide recreational, placemaking and concession services to residents and visitors at City facilities. There are currently Operating Agreements in place for Madison Boats’ use of Wingra (Leg File #37032, RES-15-00181), Marshall (Leg File #45945, RES-17-00147) and Brittingham (Leg File #61601, RES-20-00623) Parks. These agreements are in the public's interests as they facilitate greater access and enjoyment of the City's lakes and recreational opportunities. The agreements also require annual updates to the Board of Park Commissioners by Madison Boats. Tyler Leeper, President of Madison Boats, will provide an update on the operations, notable events and partnerships at Wingra, Brittingham and Marshall Boats in 2022 and upcoming plans for 2023.
