Request from Big Top Events for capital improvements at Breese Stevens Field

Big Top Events requests the following capital improvements to Breese Stevens Field to be approved by the Board of Park Commissioners:
1. New video board to replace scoreboard and old video board which are not operating properly.
2. New ribbon board to replace current ribbon board.
3. Seating adjustments in sections 103, 105, 106 and 108 to lower railings, improve sightlines and add some seats. Plans are attached for review.
The improvements will be funded by Big Top Events.
