Fiscal Note

The Parking Division's 2023 adopted operating budget includes the creation of a new 1.0 FTE Code Enforcement Officer to administer the Traffic Demand Management program at a cost of $85,000. The proposed resolution recreates that position as an Economic Development Program Coordinator (CG 16, Range 17), as that classification most closely aligns with the responsibilities of the new position. Any costs associated with the higher range of this classification will be offset by savings from the position being vacant for the first part of 2023. No additional appropriation is required.
