Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 3840 Maple Grove Dr., Private Contract No. 8402. (7th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the FRED-Maple Grove HC, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 3840 Maple Grove Dr.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering
and Miscellaneous Costs) $ 85,225.01
B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:
a) Public Sewer Components $ 85,225.01
b) Sewer Laterals $ -0-
C) Investments in Capital (MSU Share) $ -0-
D) Total Plant Value $ 85,225.01
3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $260,639.85.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Manchester Road from Rockstream Drive to Fairhaven Road
• Manchester Road from Fairhaven Road to Maple Grove Drive
• Fairhaven Road from the South line of CSM 12108 to the South line of Lot 2
• Fairhaven Road from the South line of Lot 2 to Manchester Road
• Maple Grove Drive from the South line of Lot 2 to Manchester Road
• Maple Grove Drive from Manchester Road to Rockstream Drive
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 8402 $489,248.92 for a useful life of 40 years.
