Body

WHEREAS, the VH 1000 Oaks, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  First Addition to 1000 Oaks Phase 3.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $47,440.80.

 

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Gilded Cider Boulevard - South from 128’ West of Quiet Pond Drive to Quiet Pond Drive

                     Quiet Pond Drive from 153’ South of Sweet Autumn Drive to Sweet Autumn Drive

                     Quiet Pond Drive from Sweet Autumn Drive to Gilded Cider Boulevard - South

                     Quiet Pond Drive from Gilded Cider Boulevard - South to Gilded Cider Boulevard - North

                     Sweet Autumn Drive from 128’ West of Quiet Pond Drive to Quiet Pond Drive

                     Sweet Autumn Drive from Quiet Pond Drive to 128’ East of Quiet Pond Drive

 

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11501 $98,550.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
