Accepting sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements constructed by Private Contract In: Gemini Drive, 6001-6033 - (GVC Town Center- B Block), Private Contract No. 7591 (3rd AD).

Body

WHEREAS, the Greyrock at Grandview, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Gemini Drive, 6001-6033 - (GVC Town Center- B Block).

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
