Body
WHEREAS, Barrington II Apartments, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation concrete sidewalk by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: 5302 Tancho Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the concrete sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Sidewalk on westerly side of Pendleton Dr (private street) from Tancho Dr (north) to Tancho Dr (south)
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2345 by $33,600.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
