The proposed resolution creates a new classification of Tenant Social Services Coordinator, recreates a vacant 0.6 FTE CDA Security Monitor position as the new 1.0 FTE Tenant Social Services Coordinator, and deletes another vacant 0.6 FTE CDA Security Monitor in the CDA Housing Operations operating budget. These changes are included in the CDA Housing Operations 2023 adopted operating budget. No appropriation is required.
