In 2021, an Organizational Development & Training Officer position within Human Resources was underfilled as a Human Resource Analyst 3. The proposed resolution reallocates the incumbent Analyst to the Organizational Development & Training Officer level. The annualized cost increase of this change is $7,000 to $11,000. Any additional costs in 2023 will be accommodated within Human Resource's existing budget authority.
