Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution would increase the authorized positions in the Library’s operating budget by 0.35 FTE by recreating a vacant 0.65 FTE Clerk 2 position as a 1.0 FTE. The 2022 cost is minimal. The estimated annual cost of this proposal is $17,500. The Library will need to absorb this cost in their 2023 operating budget through the management of salary savings. No additional appropriation is necessary.
