Members of the Police Civilian Oversight Board receive a stipend as set by the Common Council for their service to the Board. The Office of the Independent Monitor's operating budget includes funding for these stipends. No appropriation is required.

WHEREAS, the terms of five (5) seats on the Police Civilian Oversight Board expired on September 30, 2022, including one Freedom Inc nominee seat, one OutReach nominee seat, one Mayoral appointee seat, and two Council appointee seats; and,

WHEREAS, the Police Civilian Oversight Board is comprised of eleven voting members and two alternates;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council confirm the following appointments to the Police Civilian Oversight Board:
