Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution recreates an Administrative Analyst position in the CDA Housing Operations budget as an Accountant 3 and reallocates the incumbent to the new position, effective August 7, 2022. The estimated annualized cost of the increase is approximately $9,000. Any additional costs in 2022 will be accommodated within CDA Housing’s existing budget authority.
