Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for East Towne Detention Basin Improvements. Funding for this project is provided by Stormwater Utility GO Borrowing, Reserves and a Dane Co Grant. Budget is available in the Stormwater Quality System Improvements program.

 

Total Estimated Cost of Project: $1,100,600.00

Dane County Grant: $615,000.00

Stormwater Utility: $485,600.00

Funding is availabile in MUNIS 11066-84-174-84400

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for East Towne Detention Basin Improvements  be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
