I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.

TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND POLICY BOARD

NICKI K. VANDER MEULEN (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Second Alternate succeeding Badri Lankella who assumed the First Alternate Position. Nicki Vander Meulen is a practicing attorney and currently serves on the Madison Metropolitan School District Board of Education. She is also a member of the City’s Disability Rights Commission and will bring that lens to the Transportation Policy and Planning Board.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-30-2025

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

SAMUEL V.B. FRITZ (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Second Alternate succeeding Craig Brown who is assuming a regular position. Sam Fritz is currently a law student at the UW-Madison. He is a registered patent agent and worked in that capacity at Foley and Lardner, Milwaukee. He is a volunteer at Legal Action Wisconsin.
