Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution deletes the classification of Water Utility Operations Leadworker in Compensation Group 16, Range 15, recreates the classification in Compensation Group 16, Range 16, and reallocates the incumbents to the new classification in the Water Utility operating budget. The change is effective November 21, 2021. The 2022 cost is approximately $17,000 and will absorbed within the Water Utility’s operating budget. The estimated annual cost is $15,500.

Resolution to delete the classification of Water Utility Operations Leadworker in CG16, R15 and recreate the classification in CG16, R16 of the salary schedule. Be it further resolved that positions #1812, 1813, 1832, 1833, and 1849 are deleted and recreated as a Water Utility Operations Leadworker in CG16, Range 16; and the employees (G. Kolek, J. Garde, C. Kreft, B. Kempfer, and D. Wagner) are reallocated to their new positions respectively in the permanent salary detail of the Water Utility operating budget, thereof.
