Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution deletes the classification of Section 8 Inspector in Compensation Group 16, Range 9, recreates the classification in Compensation Group 16, Range 13, and reallocates the incumbents to the new classification. The change is effective October 3, 2021. The 2022 cost is approximately $10,000 and will absorbed within CDA Housing’s operating budget. The estimated annual cost is $8,000.

Be it further resolved that positions #1004 and #3775 are recreated in the new classification of Section 8 Inspector in CG16, R13, and current employees, B. Koepp and J. Neis, are reallocated to the new positions, in the Community Development Authority operating budget, thereof.
