I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND POLICY BOARD
RANDY UDELL, Fitchburg, WI - reappoint to a two-year term to the position of Regional Representative. First appointed 1-5-2021.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2024
BADRINATH (BADRI) LANKELLA (7th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of First Alternate succeeding Margaret Bergamini. Badri Lankella currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 9-3-2019.
TERM EXPIRES: 6-30-2025
VENDING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
ANDREA B. HUGHES (12th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Resident Member-Voting succeeding Rena Gelman. Andrea Hughes is recently retired from the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC). In addition, she successfully started and operated two small businesses - Event Management Company, LLC and Madison Food Explorers. Her volunteer experience includes serving as treasurer of the Culinary History Enthusiast of Wisconsin and working with the United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County.

JACK T. THURNBLAD (15th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting. First appointed 8-7-2018.

AARON D. COLLINS (12th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Technical Advisor-Non-Voting. First appointed 1-7-2014.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
CRAIG E. BROWN (5th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Winn S. Collins. Craig Brown currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 7-20-2021.
