WHEREAS, the Developer, JEKY, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements per AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF SANITARY SEWER SERVICE BETWEEN THE CITY OF MADISON AND TOWN OF MIDDLETON For the Pioneer Pointe Development
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
