Default Format for Future 2022 Facilities Programs & Fees Meeting.

Common Council has requested that each body vote on their default meeting mode for 2022 - in person or virtual. Once a default method is established, the body should continue meeting that way to avoid confusion among the public as to how and where to attend meetings. If a body needs to change their meeting method from their default, they should update the location of that meeting no later than two weeks prior. Please note that the ability to offer hybrid (i.e. combination of virtual and in-person attendance) meetings is very limited.
