Public Health-Madison and Dane County (PHMDC) released the 2022 Roadmap to Reducing Violence in Madison and Dane County Request for Proposals to seek applicants interested in receiving funding towards prioritized violence prevention goals, strategies and activities from the Violence Prevention Plan (Roadmap to Reducing Violence). Applicants from this RFP were scored by external panelist and reviewed for recommendation to fund. The following agencies are recommended to enter into contract to and fund at the following amounts:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County on behalf of Public Health Madison and Dane County authorizes the Director of Public Health, or their designee, to accept and distribute the funding, sign the contract with the above selected vendors, and adjust the 2022 Operating budget in the amount of $300,000.
