Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution would recreate the existing position classification of Public Works Foreperson as Public Works Foreperson 1 (CG18, R05), and create a new position classification, Public Works Foreperson 2 (CG18, R06). The resolution would recreate positions 1664 and 1725 as Public Works Foreperson 1 and reallocate the incumbents to the new positions. The resolution would also recreate positions 1665 and 1765 as Public Works Foreperson 2, and reallocate the incumbents to the new positions. The annualized cost of the proposed reclassifications is $7,100 (including benefits). The cost of the proposed reclassification will be absorbed in the 2022 Adopted Streets Division Operating Budget. No additional appropriation is required.
