Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in Vang Homesites, Private Contract No. 8270. (17 AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Chiatong Enterprise Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in Vang Homesites.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That the sidewalk improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• West side of Portage Road from the SW line of Lot 1 to the NE line of Lot 11.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11920 $ 32,051.32 for a useful life of 40 years.
