Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and authorizes bids for parking garage maintenance. Costs are expected to be $574,000 including contingency expenses. The Parking Utility's 2022 adopted operating budget includes $800,000 for building maintenance. No additional appropriation is required.

Body
WHERAS the City of Madison Parking Utility is responsible for the maintenance of City of Madison Parking Utility ramps, and
WHERAS these ramps require ongoing maintenance to maximize their longevity
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2022 Parking Garage Maintenance, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
