The proposed resolution amends the 2022 Adopted Engineering - Pedestrian & Bicycle Capital Budget to increase the TID 42 funding in the Cannonball Path project  by $300,000 for streetscape improvements called out by the TID 42 project plan.

The proposed resolution also approves plan and specifications for the Cannonball Path Phase 6 project at an estimated cost of $2,655,000. Funding is available in the following Munis accounts:

Title

Amending the 2022 Adopted Capital Budget and approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Cannonball Path Phase 6. (14th AD)

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Cannonball Path Phase 6, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.

 

4)                     That the 2022 Engineering-Pedestrian & Bicycle Capital Budget is amended to increase the TID42 funding in the Cannonball Path project (10153) by $300,000.
