Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution would increase the authorized positions in the Engineering 2022 Adopted Operating Budget by 1.0 FTE position to support hiring an additional Public Works Foreperson (CG18, R5). The estimated annual cost of this position is $76,200 including benefits. The Engineering Division has indicated that this position will be funded by excess Sewer and Stormwater overtime budget in 2022, and will continue to be funded by the utilities in future operating budgets.
