Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Grandview Commons - Phase 23.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Saturn Drive from W Line of Lot 872 to E Line of Lot 872

•                     Aries Way from W Line of Lot 891 to E Line of Lot 891

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11318 by $2,284.95 for a useful life of 40 years.
