Amending Table 28H-1 to correct an inconsistency between the Table and Section 28.151 of the Madison General Ordinances.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: In 2018, sections of Madison’s zoning code were changed to make alcohol uses with entertainment licenses a conditional use in all districts. The Alcohol Overlay District was included in the 2018 change. But Table 28H-1 was not updated to reflect that change. This ordinance amendment corrects Table 28H-1 by changing “P/C” to “C” for Nightclubs and Restaurant-nightclubs.
