No City appropriation is required with the approval of this Certified Survey Map. City costs associated with urban development in this area will be included in future operating and capital budgets subject to Common Council approval.

Approving a Certified Survey Map of property owned by FRED-Maple Grove HC, LLC located at 6921 Rockstream Drive; 7th Ald. Dist.
Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the revised preliminary plat and final plat of FRED Maple Grove Drive on land generally addressed as 3840 Maple Grove Drive on October 1, 2019 by Resolution 19-00700 (ID 57120), said final plat having been recorded at the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 5631697 on September 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS the final plat of FRED Maple Grove Drive created Outlot 4 as an "Outlot for Future Development," said outlot having been addressed as 6921 Rockstream Drive by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS a Certified Survey Map to divide said Outlot 4 into two residential lots has been duly filed by FRED-Maple Grove HC, LLC for approval by the Plan Commission, its Secretary or his/her designee, as provided for in Section 16.23(5)(g) of Madison General Ordinances; and
WHEREAS Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes requires that the Madison Common Council approve any dedications proposed or required as part of the proposed division of the lands contained on said Certified Survey Map;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Certified Survey Map, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of correction, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approval of said Certified Survey Map are hereby approved by the Madison Common Council.
