Request by Vern Stenman, Madison Mallards, for capital improvements for the 2022 Mallards Baseball Season

Planned maintenance and improvements, to be funded directly by the Mallards, for 2022 include:
1. Reconfigure main entryway to promote accessibility and flow for fans:
a. Relocate front gate & replace entry fencing with recycled material donated by Endres Manufacturing.
b. Move entry to Bike Blind bike parking area.
c. Updated landscaping between front office & front gate.
d. Remove old playground structure to expand fan access.
2. Working to sealcoat all asphalt in stadium.
3. Add walk-in cooler for food & beverage service on 3rd base side of stadium.
4. Working to find local business to update stadium bathrooms & donate labor & materials in exchange for advertising.
5. Exploring possibility of powering part of the stadium with solar power installed at ballpark. Still in preliminary stages of this pursuit.
