The Board of Public Works, having heard an appeal, under Madison General Ordinances Sec. 8.15(5), on Sept. 22, 2021, of the City Engineer’s determination that a public nuisance exists at 2501 Jeffy Trail (Legislative File ID No. 66745), and after considering the testimony and documents offered by the parties, does hereby affirm the determination of the City Engineer that a public nuisance under Madison General Ordinances Sec. 8.15(1) exits, specifically that a privately owned fence has been placed on a City-owned greenway.
