DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This rezoning ordinance adds 2436 Regent Street to the West High School Campus-Institutional District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

1.                     Map Amendment 00514 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00514.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to CI (Campus Institutional) District.

 

A parcel of land being a part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, Town 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 21; thence along the South line of the NE 1/4 of said

Section 21 N89°34’36”W, 1212.65 feet; thence N00°25’24”E, 31.84 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of Regent Street, also being the Point of Beginning; thence along said northerly right-of-way line of Regent Street N89°32’43”W, 50.00 feet to the intersection of said northerly right-of-way line of Regent Street and the easterly right-of-way line of Highland Avenue; thence along said easterly right-of-way line of Highland Avenue N00°14’58”E, 120.00 feet; thence S89°32’43”E, 50.00 feet; thence S00°14’58”W, 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel contains 6,000 square feet or 0.14 acres.”
