Report of the Mayor submitting resident committee appointments to the Ad Hoc Redistricting Committee.

 

Body

I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments for introduction and adoption under suspension of the rules.

 

AUSTIN S. JOHNSON (20th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident .Austin Johnson is an employment specialist with the Urban League of Greater Madison. Prior to that, he spent eight years working in the City of Madison’s Department of Civil Rights.

 

JUSTICE CASTAÑEDA (15th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Justice Castañeda is the executive director of Common Wealth Development. In addition, he is completing his dissertation work in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

 

JOAN I. SCHWARZ (20th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Joan Schwarz is a retired lawyer and professor. She is active with the League of Women Voters of Dane County and currently serves on the Dane County Redistricting Commission.
