Authorizing B-Cycle LLC to install two new bicycle sharing stations at Breese Stevens Field, located at 917 E Mifflin St.

B-Cycle LLC (“B-Cycle”), being an LLC affiliated with Trek Bicycle Corporation (“Trek”), has requested to install two bicycle sharing stations at the City’s property know as Breese Stevens Field, located at 917 E. Mifflin St. The locations of the new stations are shown on attached Exhibit A. The stations were installed on a temporary basis during a portion of 2020, and B-Cycle now wishes to make them permanent.
The new stations have been reviewed by City Planning staff in accordance with the provisions of the City’s Historic Preservation Ordinance, and have been approved with the issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness from City Planning, dated July 20, 2020.
The new stations have been reviewed and approved by City Parks staff.
If approved by the Board of Park Commissioners and all other City agencies involved in the approval process, the new stations will be incorporated administratively by amendment into the master Bicycle-Sharing Facility Privilege Agreement between Trek and the City, dated May 12, 2011.
