Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the 2021 Park Paving project. The total estimated cost of the project is $680,000. Funding is available in the Munis accounts:
13453-51-130: Badger Park, Baxter Park, Marlborough Park Basketball Courts
13454-51-130: Tenney Park Basketball Court
13455-51-130: Country Grove Park Path, Orchard Ridge Park Path
13456-51-130: Marlborough Park Path, Walnut Grove Park Path, Wingra Park Path
13457-51-130: Odana School Park Stormwater Drainage
13458-51-130: Orlando Bell Park Path
No additional appropriation is required.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Park Paving 2021 be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
