: City of Madison Traffic Engineering is rolling out a new Vision Zero initiative called 20 is Plenty. The goal of 20 is Plenty is to make residential streets safer for all road users by lowering the speed limit. Two locations will be selected for implementation this year in residential areas to lower the speed limit from 25 mph to 20 mph.
