Board of Health for Madison and Dane County Resolution #2021-06 Authorization to Accept Funds from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the WI Integrated HIV Surveillance and Prevention Program

Public Health-Madison and Dane County (PHMDC) proposes accepting funding from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to support the Wisconsin Integrated HIV Surveillance and Prevention Program. Specifically, PHMDC proposes accepting a total of $8,000 for reimbursements for HIV counseling, testing, and referrals (CTR) performed between January 2021 - December 2021. Under the terms of the merger agreement, the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County may authorize PHMDC to accept and spend grant funds (IGA, VII, F, 1-3).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Health for Madison Dane County, on behalf of Public Health-Madison and Dane County, authorizes the Director of Public Health to sign an agreement with the WI Department of Health Services and accept $8,000 for the WI Integrated HIV Surveillance and Prevention Program.
