Title
Extending the report deadline to April 9, 2021 for the President's Work Group to Review Applicable Administrative Procedure Memoranda (APM’s) in order to issue an interim report.
Body
WHEREAS, Resolution RES-19-00641, Legistar File 56914, created the President's Work Group to Review Applicable Administrative Procedure Memoranda (APM’s); and,
WHEREAS, the Work Group was given a deadline of December 17, 2019 to complete its work and issue its report and recommendations to the Common Council Executive Committee (CCEC) and Common Council; and,
WHEREAS, on December 3, 2019 the Work Group was given another extension of March 31, 2020 to complete its work and issue its report and recommendations to the CCEC and Council (Resolution RES-19-00810, Legistar File 57940); and,
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2020 the Work Group was given an extension, due to the pandemic, of July 31, 2020 to complete its work and revised its charge (Resolution-20-00154, Legistar File No. 59513); and,
WHEREAS, on September 15, 2020 the Work Group was given another extension of December 30, 2020 to complete its work and issue its report and recommendations to the CCEC and Council (Resolution RES-20-00679, Legistar File 61659); and,
WHEREAS, the current Work Group will meet until the amended deadline, issue an interim report to the Common Council to be referred to the Common Council Executive Committee for discussion and next steps,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Common Council extends the report deadline to April 9, 2021 for the President's Work Group to Review Applicable Administrative Procedure Memoranda (APM’s) in order to issue an interim report.
