Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Annual Horizontal Sawcutting of Concrete Sidewalk and Incidental Work for Districts 13 and 14 at a total estimated cost of $211,000. Funding is available in MUNIS 13265-403-200. No additional appropriation is required.

PREAMBLE

 

The sawcutting program provides for the horizontal sawcutting of trip hazards in Districts 13 and 14 and throughout the City to comply with ADA guidelines.  The sawcuts are funded solely by the City.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for Annual Horizontal Sawcutting of Concrete Sidewalk and Incidental Work (Districts 13 and 14) - 2021 be and are hereby approved:

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for the required public works contracts.
