I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS
CHANDRA MILLER FIENEN (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a five-year term and to a full five-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Miller Fienen is an entrepreneur. She was a founding member of StartingBlock and served as its executive director. She had previously served on the City’s Oscar Mayer Strategic Assessment Committee and the Task Force on Municipal Golf in Madison Parks. She currently sits on the Downtown Madison, Inc. board. Ms. Miller Fienen succeeds Al Martin.

ETHICS BOARD
NADINE C. MOBLEY (3rd A.D.) appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Resident Member. Ms. Mobley is a senior manager of learning & development at CUNA Mutual Group. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Ms. Mobley succeeds James D. Cobb.
