Approving an Amended Final Schedule of Assessments for Ronald Reagan Avenue, John Wall Drive and Merchant Street Assessment District - 2017. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the construction of improvement(s) on Ronald Reagan Avenue, John Wall Drive and Merchant Street Assessment District - 2017 has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Madison, Wisconsin, assessed benefits for the Ronald Reagan Avenue, John Wall Drive and Merchant Street Assessment District - 2017, on July 2, 2019, File ID 56282, RES-19-00493, and on September 15, 2020, File ID 61889, RES-20-00642; and,
WHEREAS, an Amended Final Schedule of Assessments includes additional costs not previously accounted for.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
