DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 4205 Portage Road, 17th Aldermanic District, from Temp. A (Temporary Agricultural) District to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) for future multi-family development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

1.                     Map Amendment 00482 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00482.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District:

 

Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map Number 12909, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin. Said described area contains 11.35 acres, more or less.”
