Authorizing acceptance and appropriation of the Focus on Energy rebate for the Relocate Pinney Neighborhood Library project.
Body
WHEREAS, the construction of the new Pinney Library Branch incorporate energy saving design; and,
WHEREAS, City Engineering applied for funds from the Focus on Energy Design Assistance program; and,
WHEREAS, reimbursement of efficiency exepenses in the amount of $13,903.83 was processed and remitted to Madison Public Library,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Madison Public Library is authorized to accept and appropriate $13,903.83 to the project Relocate Pinney Neighborhood Library project in the 2020 Capital Budget.
